Mrs. Whitaker provides expert witness services including deposition, arbitration, and court testimony for plaintiff or defense attorneys. She has more than 40 years of experience in the field of Occupational Safety and has worked in various industries including Warehouse, Heavy Manufacturing, Logistics, Food & Beverage, Construction and Service Industries.

In 2005, she became a Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) from the U.S. Department of Labor –  OSHA.  She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health.  In earning her CSHO designation, Sandra earned  multiple certificates of completion from OSHA including Hazard Communication 2012 – Global Harmonized System; OSHA Recordkeeping; Hearing Conservation, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HazWoper 10/30/40); Safety & Health Management; Respiratory Protection; Hazardous Materials; Powered Industrial Truck; Fall Prevention-Fall Arrest Systems; Permit/Confined Space Entry; Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout Tagout); Electrical Safety; Machinery/Machine Safeguarding and Evacuation & Emergency Planning.  Additional certificates included Accident   Investigation/Analysis; and Behavior Based Safety.

With a combined 80 years of Occupational Safety hands-on, our team of professionals including Mrs. Whitaker, a former Texas Workforce Commission OSHCon (Occupational Safety & Health Consultation) Safety Inspector with more than 20 years field experience and a U.S. Army Veteran with 20 years Construction experience provide capability from the initial investigation to identifying the issues, causation, and sources through the development of comprehensive reports, depositions, arbitration, and providing expert testimony in court.
